Senior Fleet Controller

Skills and Qualifications: The successful candidate must have Grade 12 with 2-5 years’ experience and knowledge of the Transport industry.

A relevant tertiary qualification in the logistics field will be an added advantage.

Good interpersonal, leadership, motivation planning, and communication (verbal & written) skills, as well as bilingualism, will be essential.

Accountabilities include:

1. Maximum utilization of vehicles
2. Planning of loads, routes, fuel, overnight locations, etc.
3. Planning COF's and services
4. Administrative duties
5. Reaching of company targets
6. Client service
7. Driver/truck efficiency
