Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum of 2 years managing senior-level finance staff
• Strong experience in both property development and property management is essential
• Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
• Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and the use of relevant financial software

Qualifications:

• BCom Accounting Degree with Honours, or completion of SAICA articles

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations related to property development and property management
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals and ensure sustainable growth
• Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
