Senior Finance Manager : Business Support (Sugar experience NB)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of the organisation's required financial results by producing high quality, accurate, timely and compliant financial information; partner with and provide financial leadership to Functional Heads at Head Office and provide strong, integrated analytical insights that enable the delivery of the organisation's financial performance as well as influence a strong governance and control framework that meets stakeholder expectations. The position reports to the Finance Head and is based in Umhlanga.

Minimum specifications / requirement areas :

1. Must have current or previous experience in sugar manufacturing
2. Relevant financial qualifications; CA (SA) / Completed CIMA
3. A minimum of 10+ years post-qualification experience
4. A minimum of 10+ years finance management experience
5. Direct operational experience
6. Outstanding business analysis skills to generate business insight, add measurable value
7. Demonstrated track record of effective performance management and developing staff
8. Foster and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships
9. Emphasis on accounting and reporting skills
10. Effective at driving change and driving teams to achieve results across regions and functions
11. Detailed process and analytical ability
