Exciting opportunity for a CA(SA) with 3-5 years experience looking for a hands-on and dynamic senior finance role within a startup type of environment! We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead all financial operations within the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee financial strategy, cash flow, and forecasting.
2. Work across multiple departments including finance, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain.
3. Track stock levels and ensure efficient capital allocation.
4. Handle budgeting, financial planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
5. Implement and oversee financial tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
6. Manage tax compliance, reporting, and auditing.
7. Optimize cost structures and revenue models for sustainable scaling.
8. Report directly to the CEO and contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the company.

Requirements:

1. CA(SA) with 3-5 years post articles experience in finance, accounting, and ideally logistics.
2. Background in startup, supply chain, or production-heavy industries is a plus.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
4. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience working with stock tracking and financial forecasting tools.
6. Highly motivated, dynamic, and able to work cross-functionally.
