Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide financial guidance and insights to our senior management team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in aligning financial strategies with our business goals, enabling informed decision-making and enhancing overall profitability.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align financial strategies with business goals and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor and offering valuable financial insights and recommendations.
2. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast future trends, and assess investment opportunities.
3. Assist senior management in developing and executing financial strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability within a business division.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track business performance, prepare detailed financial reports, and present recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and best practices, proactively identifying and assessing financial risks and opportunities.
6. Develop and manage departmental budgets to align with strategy, ensuring financial feasibility across projects.
7. Conduct ROI analyses and assess the financial impact of decisions, managing financial risks to enhance overall business performance.
8. Deliver training programs and workshops on finance processes, policies, and governance to enhance understanding and execution of the finance strategy among non-financial professionals and managers.
9. Stay updated on legislative, taxation, compliance, and governance developments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance across regions.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

1. 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
2. Highly specialized knowledge and in-depth awareness of industry trends.
3. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred.
