Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide financial guidance and insights to our senior management team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in aligning financial strategies with our business goals, enabling informed decision-making and enhancing overall profitability.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align financial strategies with business goals and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor and offering valuable financial insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast future trends, and assess investment opportunities.
- Assist senior management in developing and executing financial strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability within a business division.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track business performance, prepare detailed financial reports, and present recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and best practices, proactively identifying and assessing financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets to align with strategy, ensuring financial feasibility across projects.
- Conduct ROI analyses and assess the financial impact of decisions, managing financial risks to enhance overall business performance.
- Deliver training programs and workshops on finance processes, policies, and governance to enhance understanding and execution of the finance strategy among non-financial professionals and managers.
- Stay updated on legislative, taxation, compliance, and governance developments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance across regions.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
- Highly specialized knowledge and in-depth awareness of industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred.
