Job Description:

1. Corporate Governance and Compliance
2. General Finance Assistant duties to CFO
3. Providing administrative assistance
4. Assist with BBEEE and financial audits
5. Liaison with banks and suppliers
6. Liaison with SARS
7. CIPC Company registrations and Contract administration
8. Management of records
9. Performing minor accounting & HR duties
10. Minute taking
11. Ad hoc duties and special projects as allocated from time to time
12. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to handle matters professionally, confidentially and sensitively.
14. Friendly and professional demeanour
15. Experience supporting Finance Executive or a similar role
16. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
17. Highly motivated with a positive “can do” approach
18. Ability to work in a team and independently
19. Strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

1. Financial Diploma / Business Administration Diploma
2. Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office 365, (Advanced Excel) (Advanced Word)
3. Knowledge in Corporate Governance / Company secretarial
4. Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Finance Assistant
