What We’re Looking For:
The Sr. Executive Recruiter will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition and People teams. This role is both strategic and tactical and requires someone who can maneuver comfortably in either skill. The Sr. Executive Recruiter is an individual contributor who will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, developing recruiting strategies, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for assigned client groups as well as all Sr. Director, VP and SVP level roles. This person will be onsite 3 days per week in our Crystal City location.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($115,000 - $120,000) with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
