Senior Electrical Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the national procurement team
- Optimize procurement processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Design and execute procurement strategies
- Align procurement strategies with company goals and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Ensure adherence to company standards and compliance
- Forecast demand and develop procurement plans based on business needs and growth forecasts
- Track and evaluate procurement performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement processes
- Continuously improve procurement practices to support company goals and drive success
Key Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management, ideally within the retail, wholesale, or electrical industries.
- A demonstrated track record of managing teams.
- Negotiation skills, supplier relationship management, and analytical skills.
