Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including dental professionals and healthcare providers.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
Meet and exceed annual sales targets, with commissions paid quarterly (5% of target achievement).
Collaborate with the technical team for product support and troubleshooting.
Travel across the Western Cape for client visits, with occasional travel to Johannesburg.
Stay up to date with industry trends and company product offerings.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in machinery, medical equipment, or laboratory technology.
Qualification: Technical degree or a degree in Sciences.
Strong technical background with a shift into sales (e.g., lab technicians, engineers moving into commercial roles).
Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management, as well as business development.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the Western Cape and occasionally to Johannesburg.
