Field Service Technician - S3

Our client is a leading creative agency known for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services in the world of design and branding. They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Practice Assistant to join their talented team in De Aar. As a Junior Practice Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations, assist in managing client projects, and contribute to the seamless execution of their creative processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• 1 year of administration experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience within the Optical industry (advantageous)
• Experience in customer service and stock control
• Experience in medical practices (beneficial)
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English
• Valid RSA driver's license and own transport OR reliable transport
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends

Skills Required:

• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills

Duties will include:

• Opening and managing patient files
• Assisting patients with fitting frames
• Compiling quotations and invoices
• Assisting with stock takes
• Scheduling appointments
• Ensuring that the practice is organized and tidy
• Providing support to the sales team by promoting products and services and assisting with achieving sales targets

Remuneration: R 5 379 + Incentive
