Job Description
PURPOSE
Supports the business leadership in the sales and delivery of Consulting & Advisory service offerings. Builds high performing teams to deliver on client engagements. Work closely with organisations on how to best leverage technology to drive growth, market differentiation and achieve their business goals by analyzing their current technology strategy, operating model, and landscape, identifying strategic opportunities, and developing comprehensive technology plans that align with their overall business strategy to help leaders resolve their most critical decisions, driving value and achieving transformational success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Relevant Degree, Honours, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Qualification or similar. Advanced certifications/qualifications, such as COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, CISSP, Cloud Certifications, Agile, PMBOK. 3-7 years' experience with role(s) in a professional firm, consulting services, public and/or private sector organizations. Proven expertise in digital system implementations, process improvements, risk analysis, and operational transformation. A track record of hypothesis-driven problem-solving and delivering exceptional outcomes in high-pressure environments. Solid grasp of technical skills and methodology. Experience in performing systems post-implementation reviews (incl. data migration reviews). Cyber/Information Security experience in one or more key industries of focus for Deloitte. Developing Digital fluency and knowledge on Emerging technologies, including Cloud, AI, etc. Demonstrate an understanding of large-scale information technology application systems, infrastructure, business processes and security standards. Demonstrated experience in responding to proposals/business development opportunities.

Proven winning business, staff development, exceptional delivery, business development, continuous improvement. Bring deep technical (SME) and industry experience to engage with clients and key stakeholders pragmatically. Understands technical complexity at Network, Application, Database, Infrastructure and Cloud level. Understand and interpret complex business challenges and has a demonstrated ability to respond by conceiving innovative solutions for clients. Strong on design and delivery of end-to-end solutions which are enabled by technology and can think independently and creatively when formulating solutions. Strong in the field of current technologies and their applications within a business context. Experience in translating clients' risk, security, and compliance requirements into specific solutions and design patterns. Good grasp of laws and regulations related to Information Security, Data Protection and/or Privacy. Ability to identify patterns, and analyse and improve processes and controls. IT System and networks design, build and administration. Project Management including Agile Project Management. DevOps toolsets (CI/CD pipeline) and corresponding DevSecOps capabilities.
