Job Description:
PURPOSE: Supports the business leadership in the sales and delivery of Consulting & Advisory service offerings. Builds high performing teams to deliver on client engagements. Work closely with organisations on how to best leverage technology to drive growth, market differentiation and achieve their business goals by analyzing their current technology strategy, operating model, and landscape, identifying strategic opportunities, and developing comprehensive technology plans that align with their overall business strategy to help leaders resolve their most critical decisions, driving value and achieving transformational success.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Relevant Degree, Honours, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Qualification or similar. Advanced certifications/qualifications, such as COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, CISSP, Cloud Certifications, Agile, PMBOK. 3-7 years' experience with role(s) in a professional firm, consulting services, public and/or private sector organizations. Proven expertise in digital system implementations, process improvements, risk analysis, and operational transformation. A track record of hypothesis-driven problem-solving and delivering exceptional outcomes in high-pressure environments.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Proven winning business, staff development, exceptional delivery, business development, continuous improvement. Bring deep technical (SME) and industry experience to engage with clients and key stakeholders pragmatically. Strong in the field of current technologies and their applications within a business context.
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective engagement management - able to deliver engagements on time and within budget. Proven ability to make decisions and the right judgement calls in complex projects and situations.
