Job Opportunity: Senior Construction Site Manager - Industrial / Commercial

Position Location: Johannesburg and Pretoria

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Site Manager for our industrial and commercial projects. The position will be based between Johannesburg and Pretoria, depending on the site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
4. Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site (SHEQ).
5. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a construction site manager.
2. Proven track record of managing a workforce of 30 to 40 employees.
3. Own transport is required.
4. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field will be an advantage.
5. Availability to start as soon as possible will be an added advantage.
