Requirements:

• Certified CCNP Collaboration (Voice)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Wireless/Routing and Switching certification an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for voice and collaboration systems.
• Handle first-line support calls in conjunction with existing support staff.
• Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications systems.
• Support and manage Microsoft Teams Voice and associated integrations.
• Assist in projects and roll-outs of new voice and collaboration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
