What you'll be doing

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. A Senior Client Partner is a quota-bearing sales persona and works with services teams to identify, develop, and close systems integration and Networking Managed Service and outsourcing deals.
  2. As a Senior Client Partner focused on network managed services & productivity and collaboration, it is key to be a services expert and be known as the client’s trusted network managed services advisor.
  3. Commercial business case modelling- essentially a deal architect.
  4. Ability to develop Business Cases and C-Suite engagements.

Required Experience:

  1. You will need to demonstrate an impressive track record of managed services solutions to large enterprise accounts.
  2. Advanced demonstrated experience structuring large, multi-year profitable contracts.
  3. Deal Architect experience with products from MICROSOFT, CISCO, PALO ALTO.
  4. Business Case writing and Presentations experience.
  5. Advanced demonstrated ability of building strong relationships with clients across all levels; but especially the C-suite.
  6. Advanced demonstrated experience of networking with senior internal and external people in the specialist area of expertise - Minimum 10 years.
  7. Advanced demonstrated experience in managing the entire sales process, contracting process and legal implications of a deal.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  1. A Degree in a Technical or Sales field is preferred but not essential.
  2. Solution Selling/SPIN skills.
  3. Desirable: Cloud Certifications, Voice Certifications, Azure Certifications, Cisco Certifications, AWS Certifications.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  1. Strong knowledge of network and outsourcing principles and products.
  2. Strong understanding of and the ability to position NTT’s services offerings that may span multiple technology domains across Network Managed Services, Support Services, Consulting Services and Technical Services.
  3. Strong understanding of platform delivered services and how to articulate the value of standardized, centralized and optimized services.
  4. Conversant with a business outcome led approach to sales.
  5. Strong understanding of broader IT infrastructure components, such as Cloud and Security.
  6. Strong understanding of financial statements and metrics, including revenue, expense control, and growth relative to market in order to hold strategic client conversations.
  7. Have the legal knowledge to discuss contracting with the client and understand how to position terms as a value exchange.
  8. Good understanding of each team member’s skills and knowledge and coach team members to drive team effectiveness.
  9. Client-centricity coupled with problem solving.
  10. A comprehensive understanding of networking technologies and an awareness of IoT concepts and how they impact network design.
  11. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to NTT and the client.
  12. Ability to develop Business Cases and C-Suite engagements.
  13. Ability to pro-actively and independently identify and qualify opportunities; an entrepreneurial mindset is key.
  14. Natural team player – ability to coordinate and liaise with delivery teams across multiple business areas.
  15. Quick learner to understand any new solutions that are ready to take to market.
