Job description
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparation of cold and hot dishes
Cooking, plating/packaging with attention to detail and presentation
Stock control - stock counts, stock receiving and checking, wastage, spoilage, and portion control
Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards
Managing food safety standards
Any other ad hoc duties required by management

Technical Proficiency

Time Management
Communication skills
Hygiene and Sanitation
Requirements:
2 years experience in a CDP role
Able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
Matric
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality will be advantageous
Basic computer literacy
