REQUIREMENTS :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. At least 5+ years of experience.
3. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
4. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
6. A results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in quality assurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Ability to multi-task across many brands.

DUTIES :

1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
2. Ensure our products and development processes meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
3. Collaborate with our suppliers' production team to ensure compliance with quality standards.
4. Visit supplier sites and assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety performance.
5. Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
6. Maintain accurate records of inspections, errors, and corrective actions.
7. Analyze quality data and generate reports for management.
8. Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
9. Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
10. Implement appropriate financial controls to ensure that spending is appropriately managed and cost-saving initiatives identified and initiated where appropriate.
11. Conduct inspections on products received.
12. Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
