EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum qualification of bachelor's degree / NQF 7 in Industrial Psychology / Human Resources / Social Sciences or any other related qualification in the Human Resources environment.
Experience
A minimum of fifteen years experience in Human Resources environment with ten years in senior management and extensive knowledge of HRMIS applicable work experience in a similar environment. Expertise in sub-contracting; HR management; employee relations and performance management.
Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR.
Experience in fostering organisational culture and employee relations.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management.
REPORTING LINE
The successful incumbent will report to the General Manager: Corporate Services, providing strategic direction to the Human Resources team, which entails the execution and implementation of the human resources management strategy and plan; policies; procedures and guidelines and HR systems.
MAIN OUTPUT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
