Senior Business Analyst- Financial Services

We're Hiring: Business Analyst (Intermediate to Senior Level) CPT BASED - Hybrid working model 2-3 days onsite Claremont

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team on a 12-month contract. If you have Financial Services experience and are available immediately, we'd love to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst (intermediate to senior level)
Background in Financial Services (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Immediate availability is highly advantageous

Core Skills:

1. Business Analysis Expertise:
   • Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
   • Ability to create clear and concise business and functional specifications.
2. Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving:
   • Skilled at analyzing complex business problems and proposing innovative solutions.
   • Ability to interpret data and present insights to stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
   • Experience facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
4. Financial Services Knowledge (Preferred):
   • Familiarity with banking, insurance, or other financial services processes, regulations, and systems.
5. Technical Understanding:
   • Basic knowledge of systems architecture and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
   • Ability to work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
6. Tools and Techniques:
   • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and other BA-specific tools.
   • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
7. Adaptability and Time Management:
   • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
