1. Degree B Eng (Industrial)/ relevant fields (Required)
2. Valid drivers license - Code 08 (Required)

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Business Analyst
2. Diploma/experience in software development
3. SQL experience
4. Dynamics NAV/ Business Central

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Analysing and documenting business needs, processes, and system requirements.
2. Acting as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure smooth system enhancements and implementations.
3. Supporting the testing, training, and roll out of applications to maximise business efficiency.
4. Monitoring systems projects and driving continuous improvements.
5. Developing clear and concise reports to support business decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong business analysis experience, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced industry.
2. Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills to identify and drive improvements.
3. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior management.
4. A keen eye for process optimisation and digital transformation.
5. Comfortable working on-site in Cape Town (Bellville), with occasional travel to depots.
