POSITION INFO :

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

DELIVERY

1. Use structured techniques such as design thinking, UML, BPMN, and process flows for diagramming software solutions.
2. Create wireframes and UI designs and document customer journeys.
3. Develop Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, and 'as-is' and 'to-be' process flows.
4. Facilitate user story sessions and backlog grooming using Agile tools.
5. Develop high-quality web and mobile applications for leading organisations.
6. Analyse APIs for seamless system integration.
7. Engage in various stages of SDLC, including system design analysis, scoping, and estimation.
8. Research and apply cutting-edge technologies and execute change management.
9. Manage small engagements from end to end, including requirements gathering, documentation, sizing, project management, and delivery.

1. Consult stakeholders to understand their structure, functions, and products/services.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a consultant on projects or applications, and manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Challenge business thinking to understand the intent of requirements.
4. Adapt to new domains quickly to understand business problems and provide solutions.
5. Engage with stakeholders, including end users, development teams, product owners, and executives.
6. Identify opportunities for service improvements and strategic alignment.
7. Ensure compliance with data security and industry regulations.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

1. A bachelor’s degree in IT, other Sciences, or Information Systems.
2. Minimum 6 years experience working as a business analyst within an agile software development team.
3. Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
4. Strong knowledge of and experience in business systems and processes.
5. Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed specifications and interface with technical teams.
6. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Ability to collaborate and bring your unique contributions to a team environment.
