Senior Business Analyst

Job Type: 11 month Contract, expected to work full-time hours

Job Duties:

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
3. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
4. Develop detailed business cases and project plans
5. Provide recommendations for strategic business decisions
6. Lead cross-functional teams in project implementation
7. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
8. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
3. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience:

1. 7+ years’ working experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
2. Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
3. Intermediate knowledge in generating process documentation
4. Ability to explain technical details
5. Experience and exposure to project management or team lead roles
6. Experience in the health industry or HR environments will be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
2. Understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle
3. Knowledge of project management methodologies
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
2. Professional certification in Business Analysis or Project Management
