Senior Business Analyst

What Youll Do :

• Own and refine the product backlog to align with business goals
• Lead business analysis to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements
• Manage small projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive strategic decision-making
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of growth

Requirements :

• 8+ years in business analysis, with expertise in IT / software development environment (SaaS)
• Strong experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
• Agile / Scrum experience, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills
