Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies and will play a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and implementing solutions to drive organizational success. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis: Lead complex business analysis initiatives, including the identification, documentation, and management of business requirements and processes.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
3. Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize performance and drive operational excellence.
4. Solution Design: Develop detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications, and work with technical teams to design and implement effective solutions.
5. Project Management: Support project management activities by providing business analysis expertise, tracking project progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
6. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to assess business performance, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
7. Communication: Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings, gather feedback, and build consensus among stakeholders.
8. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and initiatives.
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
4. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring or coaching team members.
5. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
