Senior Building Resident Engineer

Applicants must have the following requirements:

1. Must have a Bachelor of Technology Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. Must have 8-10 years of supervisory engineering experience.
3. Must have experience in wet services like sewer, water, stormwater, and parking areas.
4. Must have experience in Electrical and Mechanical installations.
5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Projects.
6. Must have a valid driver's license.
7. Must be based or willing to relocate to KwaZulu–Natal.
