Minimum Requirements

  • Matric Certificate with college or university exemption.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is advantageous.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning within an advertising agency, 2+ as a senior strategist.
  • Proven track record of developing effective advertising strategies.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Based in Cape Town, South Africa.
