Senior Attorney

Well established Law Firm in Johannesburg is looking for a Senior Attorney to join their team as soon as possible. Must have a passion for Litigation.

POSITION INFO: Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of 200-300 active files.
• Lead and execute dispute resolution and litigation strategies.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation in complex cases.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a practicing attorney, with a strong background in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Skills: Proven track record in managing a substantial caseload effectively.
• Specialization: Deep expertise in dispute resolution and litigation processes.
• Qualifications: Must be an admitted attorney (preferably with admission on the High Court roll).
• Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for litigation. MUST LOVE LITIGATION.
