Senior Associate (Leveraged Finance)

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of complex and high-value cases, both locally and cross-border. The successful candidate will have the chance to advise on various types of financing transactions, including secured lending, acquisition and asset financing, leveraged financing, preference share funding, syndicated lending, corporate financing, project financing and restructuring.

What you'll do:

• Work on a diverse portfolio of complex and high value cases
• Act for both lenders and borrowers
• Contribute to the delivery of the highest technical standards of client service
• Work closely with other members of the team on the execution of key mandates
• Assume responsibility for the running of lower value cases

• Strong finance experience gained in an international or leading national firm
• International awareness and focus

• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team, sharing information and knowledge
• Ability to provide professional, quality service executed in a timely manner
