This role offers the opportunity to work on both renewable energy projects and corporate banking & finance facilities agreements, providing expert legal counsel to top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality legal advice and services in banking and finance matters.
2. Work on renewable energy projects, including project financing and development.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate banking & finance facilities agreements.
4. Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver strategic solutions.
5. Assist in business development and client retention efforts.

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications

1. Admitted attorney with an LLB degree.

Experience

1. Strong background in banking and finance law.
2. Experience in renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
