We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to lead complex architectural projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership: Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
2. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and feedback while maintaining strong professional relationships.
3. Design Excellence: Create and review innovative, sustainable, and functional architectural designs that align with client goals and company standards.
4. Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
5. Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in architectural detailing, construction documentation, and material selection.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
3. Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent professional certification.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
5. Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of projects for residential, commercial, and public architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
