Your passion and purpose

As our Senior Front-End Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. Here's what you'll be doing:

1. Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to create stunning, user-centric interfaces.
2. Write Exceptional Code: Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable front-end components that set the benchmark for quality.
3. Raise the Bar: Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and champion best practices in software engineering.
4. Lead by Example: Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and advocate for design thinking throughout the SDLC.
5. Drive Innovation: Take ownership of research and development initiatives, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in front-end technology.
6. Set Standards: Establish and enforce front-end design guidelines that elevate user experiences to new heights.

What We're Looking For:

We're searching for a proactive and passionate leader with a blend of technical expertise and creative vision. Our ideal candidate is:

3. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with a knack for delivering polished, bug-free code.
4. Strategic: A strong communicator who thrives on solving big challenges with practical, impactful solutions.

Your Skills and Experience:

Essential:

1. 3+ years of experience with Angular (12+), React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, developing complex SPA applications.
2. Expertise in RESTful API integration, scalable architectures, and secure coding practices.
3. Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and the full SDLC.
4. Proven ability to write and maintain robust automated tests.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Points for:

1. Experience in UX design, AI, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or similar domains.
2. Proficiency in Angular Material, NgRx, RxJS, .NET Framework, or C#.
3. Familiarity with Azure products, DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
4. Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing engineering teams.
