To support the Group Financial Manager in the day to day management of the finance division and maintaining an efficient work flow to ensure on time reporting for our clients. Taking over the existing accounting functions and managing a team of accountants and bookkeepers in order to reach monthly deadlines.
Knowledge and skills required
Accounting principles and practices
Management accounts
Forecasting and budgeting
Releasing payments
Variance reporting
Experience with general ledger, journal entry preparation, monthly and annual close off processes
Microsoft office and excel proficient
Property management programs, Nicor or MDA advantageous
Strong Communication Skills
Experience in staff management
Additional Experience in Property Industry will be advantageous

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
B Com finance degree with completed SAICA / SAIPA articles
At least 3 to 5 years post articles business experience
