We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Vehicle Selling Sales Manager at Rola Omoda & Jaecoo, Somerset West. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Rola brand.

Minimum Requirements

• Min Grade 12
• Computer literate
• At least 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management
• Proven Networker
• Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
• High attention to detail. Organised & structured
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
• Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
• Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and implement sales activities to achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
• Develop and implement Marketing Initiatives
• Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction
• Manage Finances, administration and reporting of your department
• Conduct resource planning and development
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve objectives
• Adhere to Dealer and Company Standards
