Security Site Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Security Site Manager's primary purpose is to protect the assets of the company.

He / She will also have to conduct:

1. Daily inspection of security equipment
2. Maintain security standards
3. Conduct weekly searches
4. CCTV reviews
5. Training of security staff
6. Report writing
7. Incident / accident investigations
8. Liaise with clients and external role players
9. Deployment of security staff

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
2. 5 years’ supervisory experience in the Security Sector.
3. Computer literate - full Microsoft suite and CCTV programs.
4. Report writing skills.
5. Investigative skills.
6. Driver’s license and own, reliable transport is essential.
7. PSIRA Grade A registered.

5. Good communication skills.
6. Flexible and willing to work overtime.

8. Willing to work irregular hours and overtime.
9. In good health and physical stature.
