Security Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Security Coordinator will oversee all security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing the control room, coordinating vendors/contractors, compiling monthly reports, and performing administrative duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the security control room.
  • Prepare and submit detailed monthly security reports.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the security team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all security activities.
  • Respond to security incidents and provide on-the-ground support when needed.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in security coordination or management.
  • Familiarity with control room operations (advantageous).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
