Security and Travel Coordinator

Arcfyre is hiring a Security and Travel Coordinator.

If you’re highly organised, great at multitasking and experienced in facilitating international travel, this might be for you.

We’re looking for someone with an independent, energetic and flexible personality to fit into a ‘tech culture’ environment.

Someone with a background in security, an understanding of global security best practices and who excels in communication and building relationships. (An understanding of ISO Standard 31030:2021 is a plus)

The role will entail:

1. Travel coordination
2. Transport and itinerary planning
3. Visa and vaccination administration
4. Coordination of security support
5. Security risk assessments and site audits

Qualifications:

CSMP or a Bachelors in Security Management / Risk Assessment or similar.

Experience:

3 years Security Operations experience.

Work experience within Africa.

Skills:

1. Attention to detail
2. Excellent time management
3. MS Office proficiency
4. Communication (English) and reporting
