Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our School Principal. The ideal candidate must have a passion for education and the ability to inspire faculty, engage students, and collaborate with parents and the community. The School Principal is responsible for leading all aspects of school operations, including academic programs, staff management, and community relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership to develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and educational goals.
2. Foster a positive school culture that promotes academic success, equity, and respect.
3. Oversee the curriculum and instructional practices, ensuring alignment with state and federal standards.
4. Evaluate and support teachers and staff in their professional development.
5. Collaborate with parents, community, and local businesses to enhance learning.
6. Manage school finances, including budgeting and resource allocation.
7. Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and policies.
8. Promote student wellness and maintain a safe learning environment.

Qualifications:

1. B.Ed or Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) or equivalent NQF level.
2. Honors degree in Education or related field.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as Head /Principal of a school or Qualified Educator, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a managerial position within an education.
4. Leadership and managerial experience with cross-functional teams.
