School Book Sales Manager

Our client has a vacancy for a School Book Sales Manager. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements are invited to apply.

Minimum requirements :

• Proven experience as a school book sales manager in publishing or retail environment
• Strong communication and management skills
• Analytical and data driven problem solver
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team
• You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of the organization
• Availability to travel
• Own reliable transport, with valid driver’s licence

Duties will include :

• Lead and motivate national sales teams
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets
• Research and identify new potential customers and opportunities
• Negotiate and sign SLA with national and regional customers
• Review and adjust marketing plans
• Tracking sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
• Networking and managing large client contracts
