Requirements:

Qualifications / Certifications:

  1. Relevant CLM certifications.
  2. Project Management (Agile or Prince2 certification or similar).
  3. Data Analytics certification.

Experience:

  1. 1-2 years in managing CLM project implementations by planning, executing and overseeing to ensure it is completed on time and budget.

Proficiency in CLM Software:

  1. Core: CPAi, Icertis, Sirion.
  2. Advantageous: DocuSign, Ironclad and others.

Technical Skills:

  1. Document management systems.
  2. Data Analysis: Using relevant tools for data analysis.
  3. Stakeholder management techniques.
  4. Problem Solving Techniques and Skill.
  5. Budget and Resources management.
  6. Business requirements gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements for the CLM system including process analysis and design.

Project Management Expertise:

  1. Experience with project management tools and software.

Stakeholder Interaction:

  1. Identifying and analyzing the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
  2. Planning and managing stakeholder engagements.

Key responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  1. Project Management: Managing project timelines, developing and maintaining project plans using software, RAID logs, all reporting including business requirement gathering, process analysis and design.
  2. Document management systems: Oversee all project-related information in databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  3. Stakeholder Management and Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  4. Managing budget adherence: Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure adherence and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Resource utilization: Measure and optimize the use of resources, including team members and tools, to ensure efficiency.
  6. Quality of deliverables: Evaluate the quality of project outputs against predefined standards or client expectations, using client feedback and quality control checks.
  7. Communication: Managing the clarity and frequency of communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
  8. Project Milestone: Track the completion of project milestones to ensure timely delivery and identify any potential delays.
