• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
• Minimum 8-10 years SAP Functional experience, specifically CML/Loans Management
  
• Minimum 8-10 years business and systems analysis experience
• Minimum 8-10 years testing experience

Preferred qualifications:

• B.Com/IS/IT ENG/BSc/Com Science related degree
• Associate SAP Certification
• Preferably certified in more than one SAP module / ASAP & Solution Manager certifications

Technical / Professional Knowledge:

• Principles of project management
• Microsoft Office
• Business analysis
• Presentation Skills
• business consulting and facilitation skills
• System Development Life cycle(SDLC)
• ASAP

Skills (Technologies, systems or software knowledge etc.):

• SAP FI / CO
• SAP CML/Loans Management
• SAP Treasury and Risk Management

• Test Automation tools
• Project Management principles
• Business Writing skills

Responsibilities:

• Responds to customers with the appropriate level of urgency.
• Manage own work and time to achievement of project/deliverables.
• Demonstrates an understanding of how SAP software, services, products and solutions add value to the business.
• Actively support other team members on projects as well as SAP internal tasks.
• Provide input to highlight inter dependencies between projects and support.
• Consult on project activities leading to the implementation of the requirements by applying project management principles across multiple projects.
• Provide direction on all aspects of SAP systems and integration thereof.
• Identify and Mitigate risk.
• Drive problem resolution.
• Involved in pre- project planning e.g., determining scope and solution.
• Keep up to date on company strategy and SAP technologies.
• Accountable for own activities and performance.
• Effectively resolves complex problems using creative approaches outside area of expertise.
• Maintain and sharing team knowledge.
• Coach and mentor other resources in technical preparation of SAP Process Procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation and user manuals.
• Play a role in the recruitment of new consultants.
• Participate in company Culture building initiatives
• Add value to the companyby identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance processes, systems and policies and support implementation of new processes, policies and systems.
