Flowe-Pac is looking to employ a dynamic, vibrant, and results-driven Sales Representative.

The Sales Representative should have extensive knowledge of the flexible packaging industry and will be responsible for representing the company in a professional manner to achieve sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research and deep knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs.
2. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
3. Identify new sales opportunities, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls/cold calling, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
4. Provide customers with quotes in accordance with company guidelines.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
6. Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer complaints.
7. Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships.
8. Perform needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
9. Achieve sales targets set by the company.
10. Coordinate the sales process with team members and other departments.
11. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
12. Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
13. Participate in sales team meetings and share best practices.
14. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services.

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:

1. Grade 12.
2. Minimum 5 years of previous sales experience in the flexible packaging manufacturing industry.
3. Proven track record in sales.
4. Computer literate: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
5. Extensive knowledge of the flexible packaging industry.
