Requirements

• Education: Matric, Certificate in Sales (NQF 5).
• Experience: Up to 3 years in a Sales Representative or similar role in retail.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Identify and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Research competitors and market trends.
• Track sales performance and report on targets.
• Attend sales events, meetings, and training.
• Handle credit applications and assist with debt collection.

Stock Control

• Ensure optimal stock availability.
• Monitor stock levels and buying patterns.
• Assist in managing consignment stock and claims.

Compliance & Cost Control

• Adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Control costs and optimize resource use.
• Maintain accurate pricing structures.

Skills & Attributes

• Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/SAP).
• Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
