The responsibilities of the Salesforce System Analyst include obtaining a deep understanding of the system, business operations, and product offerings, with the assistance of the Business Analyst to document these areas. Another key responsibility will be understanding, technically documenting, and solutioning new requirements and enhancements from the business. This will be achieved by using gained business and technical knowledge to document functional specifications for the Tech team to work from.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Implement, maintain, and support IT systems to meet the current needs of the business and future business strategies.
System problem-solving / solutioning.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project and product managers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Structuring / transforming business requirements into technical artefacts / requirements.
Create functional specifications and requirements for developers.
Analyse and create test cases and documentation.
Testing systems on a regular basis to ensure quality and function as outcomes of development work.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5+ years of System Analysis Experience in a Salesforce environment (Financial Services / Banking) - essential.
Knowledge of development tools, programming languages, and computer hardware.
