Job Summary

Integrated Channels Salesforce Tech, a division within Everyday Banking, is seeking to hire a Salesforce Certified Solution Analyst.

Job Description

Requirements Analysis & Business Needs Assessment:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify improvements in current systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.

System Design & Development Support:

  • Collaborate with software developers, architects, and database administrators to design IT solutions.
  • Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide input on system architecture and integration with existing technologies.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Define test cases and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track system defects and performance issues.
  • Work with QA teams to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.

System Implementation & Support:

  • Assist in system deployment, upgrades, and configuration.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IT systems.
  • Develop technical documentation, including user guides and system manuals.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and refine solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.

Security, Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure IT solutions adhere to industry security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with system implementations.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enhance system security.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze system data and generate reports for performance monitoring.
  • Optimize data storage, retrieval, and management processes.
  • Support decision-making by providing insights from system analytics.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical & Analytical Thinking - Ability to assess system requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Business Process Understanding - Knowledge of business workflows, case creations, and how they interact with IT systems.
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Integration APIs & Database Query Syntax - Familiarity with APIs (XML, JSON), SQL [Important].
  • Communication & Collaboration - Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management - Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies and practices.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in documentation, testing, and implementation.

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology
