Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user accessibility.
2. Customize and configure Salesforce applications, workflows, and dashboards to meet the organization's needs.
3. Manage data imports, exports, and ensure data integrity across all systems.
4. Provide training and support to staff on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify business process improvements and implement solutions using Salesforce.
6. Troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, and liaise with external support as required.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and its features.
2. Salesforce Administrator certification (advantageous).
3. Strong technical skills, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
6. Prior experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
