Key Responsibilities

  • 30% Sales: Hands-on outbound sales (cold calls, outreach).
  • 70% Training & Development: Coaching SDRs, refining sales scripts, and optimising performance.
  • Work closely with leadership to build a structured sales training framework.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English & German (C1 level or higher).
  • Prior experience in sales training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and lead generation.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
