Sales through Service – Financial Wellbeing Agent

Purpose Of The Job
You will be core to the launch of new services being delivered by a well-known financial services organisation and will form part of the team taking the solution to market. The journey commences with learning how customers can improve their credit status and converting prospective customer opportunities into solutions by identifying and discussing options with interested parties. Once you have mastered this skill you will be provided with additional focused training to support you in providing a consultation before signing customers up to a subscription package to receive more specialist support focused on financial health budgeting. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll navigate multiple systems and engage with a wide variety of customers, ensuring each day brings new challenges and excitement. Minimum Qualifications And Experience
- Matric or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification or higher.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Financial Services role for an International Campaign involving lead generation and sales across debt related products
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Mature & friendly manner with the ability to work well within a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
Offer support to our Australian clientele, addressing various inquiries, including but not limited to the following:
- Administration and data capturing of personal information.
- Conducting thorough fact-finding to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial obligations and needs.
- Examine the information furnished by customers and accurately record the provided data; further utilising information to shape solutions aligned to the service solutions being promoted, before ultimately closing the sale.
- Cultivate meaningful connections with our clients through consistent telephone communication on both inbound and outbound lines.

Profile
- Age preference 18 years and older with a valid SA ID
- International Work experience essential (Lead Generation / Sales)
- Neutral accent when communicating
- Strong literacy and verbal communication in the preferred language required (English)
- Goal driven, enthusiastic and competitive.
- Good reference checks from previous employers.
