Job description

The Sales Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring the sales team achieves its targets. This role requires collaboration with IT and development teams to align sales initiatives with business goals. Sales Team Lead with expertise in IT and software sales, particularly in Zoho, Flux Flow, and CRM solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong sales acumen, excellent team management skills, and a deep understanding of IT-based sales processes.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Lead and manage sales efforts for IT-based solutions, including Zoho, Flux Flow, and CRM SaaS products.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of technical software solutions and their applications.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Assist the Head of Sales in coaching and managing the sales team.
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Identify new business opportunities in the IT, software, and franchise sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to tailor sales approaches to client needs.

Process Optimization & CRM Management

  • Utilize CRM tools (Zoho, Flux Flow, etc.) to track and optimize sales performance.
  • Streamline sales workflows to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales leads, follow-ups, and deal closures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in an IT/software sales role.
  • Experience selling CRM solutions, SaaS, or software-related services is REQUIRED.
  • Experience leading a team, even in a team lead or senior sales role.
  • Strong IT knowledge and technical sales experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with Zoho, Flux Flow, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
