Sales Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Effectively generate sales leads utilizing our marketing systems
2. Understand all sales and marketing aspects within the business
3. Gain knowledge of product offerings, target market, and more
4. Cross-sell and up-sell our products to clients
5. Reporting and performance tracking across various product sets
6. Meeting targets and KPIs set out by management
7. Learn how to train and lead a team
8. Build up a sales and marketing team
9. Lead your team into reaching targets to be successful
