Job Description

Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area.

Dear Future Sales Support Administrator,

Will have the responsibility of supplying effective and efficient support services to the frontline sales team and sales management team to help improve service levels to all MotoVantage clients.

Are You Someone Who Can Do The Following?

  1. Checking, correcting and processing of new business received by the Sales Team through to the Operational Divisions within deadlines provided.
  2. Ensuring the speedy resolution of all new business problems raised within deadlines provided.
  3. Liaising (telephonic and written) with Policy Holders to ensure all risk aspects of products are understood, in line with new business problems raised.
  4. Liaising (telephonic and written) with Selling Dealerships on behalf of the Sales Team in order to resolve any problems raised.
  5. Reminders and follow ups with the Sales Team to ensure they are aware of any outstanding issues and feedback required from them.
  6. Logging and processing all operational queries from the Sales Team through to the correct Operational Division in order to ensure speedy feedback and resolution.
  7. Follow ups with all Operational Divisions on any queries outstanding (Out of deadline).
  8. Logging and processing of all sales queries from the Operational Divisions through to the correct Sales Agent and ensure speedy feedback and resolution.
  9. Follow ups with all Sales Agents on any queries outstanding (Out of deadline).
  10. Record keeping of all queries handled to be kept up to date on in-house systems and databases.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have:

  1. Matric
  2. Minimum of 3 years working experience within the insurance or motor industry.
  3. Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel.
  4. Customer Service and Administrative experience would be an advantage.
